Hikkim is home to the world’s highest post office (pin 172114). Send a postcard home from 4,400 m — it is one of the most loved experiences in Spiti.
The Hikkim post office has been running since 1983 and is operated by the same postmaster for decades. Postcards are sold on site.
The village sits between Langza and Komic, with sweeping views of the Spiti valley.
