About Komic
Komic is one of the highest villages in Asia connected by road, with the Tangyud monastery and a cafe that claims to be the highest restaurant in the world.
Komic means "eye of the snow-cock". The Tangyud monastery here belongs to the Sakya sect and looks like a fortified castle. The views over Chau Chau Kang Nilda are spectacular.
