About Chandika Devi Temple, Kothi
The Chandika Devi temple at Kothi is a beautifully carved wooden temple of the presiding goddess of the area, set among deodar trees and orchards just below Kalpa.
Kothi village is home to the temple of Shuwang Chandika, one of the most revered deities in Kinnaur. The temple shows the typical Kinnauri style with a pagoda-like wooden roof, gold-plated idol and fine carvings.
